    Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current fitness, discussing prior athletic experience, mapping goals, and outlining the fitness plan for your unique needs. Training plans are more than just the miles and paces. To support the whole athlete personalized yoga poses will be recommended for strength and flexibility.

  • Intuitive

    Every human has a daily rhythm. Times of day where they feel energized, or where they need rest. We have busy modern lives. Together we scope out the everyday life scheduling, special events, and discuss additional energy outputs. With this extra attention to the whole athlete the plan created will feel intuitive when in practice.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving athletics goals is more than just the training plan, I’ll be guiding you along the way with regularly scheduled check-ins. Training plans are made to be edited! Let's swap in that chill run with a friend after a hectic work week, or add that corporate 5k so you can best your time last year.
