How much do training plans and coaching cost?

I have a full time career and have the privilege to start Vista Runners as a fun passion project. My training plans are based on a sliding scale/pay what you wish approach. My goal is to help runners achieve their goals holistically with meaningful planning and supportive accountability.

What if I do not have a race scheduled?

Not a worry! Race goals are not the only goals for athletes. I can support and design training programs for all goals, great and small.

  • Returning after injury

  • Personal challenge (Run a 10k, birthday miles)

  • Creating a fitness schedule around a hectic life/work schedule

  • Cross training for another sport

  • Post partum athletes

Do you work with new runners?

Yes! My goal is to help athletes sustainably balance running and life. New runners can benefit because they may be juggling a new metaphorical ball.

For personal reasons and professional reasons I maintain a low profile on social media. If anything changes you will see my social media icons appear on the website :-)

What are Run Aways?

Run Aways are destination vacation running adventures I host with a team of other dedicated runners. Please sign up for my mailing list if you want to hear more and receive announcements of upcoming adventures.

Are you taking clients?

Due to the nature of my main career I do keep my running client list small. However my other job’s duties are very seasonal. Depending on the needs of the athlete I will happily accommodate my schedule. If I am at capacity I will connect you with some other amazing coaches that I have worked with.
