Hi! I am Jenni. ^_^

According to my parents I started running the day I started walking. My feet have been able to take me so many places in life. I have been a competitive runner, a social runner, a trail runner, a track runner, and an adventure runner. I have ran through college, attending graduate school, while working fulltime, working overtime, and staying connected with friends and family.

A focus on a balanced athletic life is what I want to offer the running community. Too many times I hear athletes feeling like they have to sacrifice. While I will not say it does not require prioritizing and time management, I work to help you maintain the training plan that works best for the athlete, in their life - their whole life. My offerings are more than a training. After our intake call we will start integrating workout scheduling that will that will help you be present in all of the facets of your life that are important to you.
